What is diet?

As exercise is important for healthy body in the same way nutritious food is important for our inner as well as outer beauty. For some people diet means you have to skip the meals and staying hungry for whole day which is totally wrong. when you skip your one meal youfeel more hungry as well as tired which results in excessive food craving.

Your skin there’s even less reply the type of food you consume surprising right …? To get real beauty we have to eat balanced organic diet control lifestyle and regular repair of our body.

Organic food

According to me diet means a conception of right food at right timing in right amount. All kind of organic food at necessary even a food like sweet potato having carbohydrates. In your each meal carbohydrates proteins minerals are must. The secret to look good as well as to feel good.

Veggies

Now here don’t miss understand that organic food is all about green veggies and steamed cauliflower. You don’t have to stop eating your favourite choco Lava cake instead of have a cake filled with lots of dates almonds cashews. I know it won’t is the same but it’s not even worse.

Balanced Diet

At the end Forget about your lose weight in a week plan and try to adopt constant healthy diet plan.

Best diet is investment for a life which gives you maximum profit.
