Many of you must be thinking that what’s so special in mathematics that I am writing specially on this topic. Well for all of you it’s just a subject like physics, chemistry, biology and so on. But for me mathematics is not just a subject it’s more like an experience.
So my relation with mathematics begun when I was in 1st standard. I had no issues with mathematics until I went to standard 8th. I don’t remember a single day when I studied hard and completed my homework. I was one of those students who said the universal truth of “completing the homework still forgetting the notebook at home” .
But when I was in 8th standard one night before my final exam I was trying to study and solve the numerical. That time I remember our school used to supply a question bank which had almost 20 to 30 types of questions. And it was really a task for me to solve all this questions before the exam. Luckily a night before mathematics exam I solved that complete mathematics question bank with the help of my father. And as expected I got out off marks in that mathematics exam only once till now. On the result day I was so happy I felt like I am 2nd Aryabhatta.
So the days passed I completed my 9th score good marks in 10th. Now is the time to decide between mathematics and biology the thought of commerce or arts never strike my mind because I neither knew about accounts nor drawing, so it was fix that I would choose science.
Here the main confusion was struck between mathematics or biology or both, but it was soon cleared by my family and relatives they told me to another that universal truth that “mathematics is very useful for physics”. And biology was my all-time favorite, so I finally decided to keep both the subjects for at least this year.
Here came another night before my final exam for standard 11th. Everything of same I was sitting on a couch my father was beside me, but I didn’t have question bank that was the only exception. We both were just thinking that what can be done and suddenly dad switched on the news that said “11th standard exam are cancelled because of increasing number of COVID-19 patients”.
